
LUKE 10:1-4
After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go. Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves. Carry neither money bag, knapsack, nor sandals; and greet no one along the road.
If students cannot be a part of the Collision meetings, they can still be part of the Great Commission. The student missionaries are required to commit to the following:
STUDENT COMMITMENT
Pray – For their school
Live – as Jesus did
Tell – their friends/circle of influence about Jesus (Track team, band, choir, basketball team, etc…)
Serve – their school in some capacity. Serve in some aspect at a Collision event
Give – to missionaries locally or internationally
Meet – Commit to meeting with their Coach
COACHES COMMITMENT
Pray – Daily for each Student Missionary
Encourage – Faithfully support each Student Missionary in words and actions
Mentor – Regularly communicate encouraging messages to the Student Missionary to help the Missionary fulfill their commitment
Manage – Provide accountability each Missionary needs on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Train – Provide personal training and consultation to empower and grow the Student Missionary
