Sharing Christ and Teaching Others

Oh, the marvelous things God is doing right here in Sioux Falls! To see students, volunteer and leaders come together with one goal in mind, sharing Christ and teaching others, is exactly what is happening daily with hundreds of students and adults. The hunger that has been placed inside of the heart of our youth is a force to be reckoned with and with God’s help we will see 2000 small groups happening all over and around Sioux Falls in the next few years to come. Every Wednesday at Memorial Middle School, we have 3 small groups who meet at 7:30am at The Church at the Gate, who are on fire for Christ and are sharing with family and friends all the things that are being poured into them by adult volunteers and staff. The kids do an awesome job of holding each other accountable with their walks with Christ and enjoy having loving friends in Christ. To God be the Glory for all the awesome things and the huge impact that is being made right here in the schools and streets of Sioux Falls! We recognize that people come to Christ because of relationship and if we can help facilitate that what an honor and a privileged to play a part of it! Psalm 118:23, “This is the Lord's doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.”

PRAISE:

• For students who are in love with the Lord, regardless of the circumstances around them or those closest to them who do not believe.

• For summer mission trips and church camps that impact youth’s lives in a powerful way.

Prayer Requests:

• For more adult volunteers to plug into small groups.

• For one small group a week being started at each school.

• For business adoptions as well as spiritual adoptions.

• For students as they begin to make plans and invite their friends to summer camps and mission trips.
