God is moving mightily through the youth. Here are some recent testimonies of how students are growing through the mission of Collision.
Unite-
Students at Sioux Falls Christian are growing in unity through a prayer group at their school and by mixing up the “clique” groups at Collision Café.
Students who attended the school assemblies feel a sense of unity that they are not alone in their struggles/pain.
100 students are regularly attending Memorial Middle School’s Friday Outreach.
Empower-
Students are being empowered to begin new discipleship groups and missionary groups, and desire to continue to meet over the summer.
Collision Students Leaders are being empowered to share the gospel and their testimony and are given weekly opportunities at the outreaches they plan.
Serve-
Older students are serving and investing in the lives of younger students so that they can pass on what someone else has done for them in their own lives. This is having a ripple effect where those who are younger want to do the same thing as they progress in school.
PRAISE:
Cori Schmaus, Ministry Staff, and her family are delighted to bring baby Emsley home today after 6 ½ weeks in the NICU. We praise God that their family of 6 is united under one roof.
Sioux Falls Christian Collision students testified last night of how God is working through them and in them. We praise God for the many ways that He is reaching the youth of this city.
Prayer Requests:
Pray that more groups will develop where God’s love will be poured out and His Word will go deep.
Pray for high school seniors as they finish their final month of school and step into whatever is next for them.
Pray that the Collision Student Leaders would finish strong in their attempts to reach their peers for Christ.
Pray for God’s provision at our Annual Celebration Dinner.
